Each comes equipped with proper cooling, power, and a redundant 100Mbps full duplex Fast Ethernet feed to our Network

We give you one of the fastest and brightest Network Operation Centers (NOCs) in the business. All our collocation services include up to one hour of remote hands support per month. No need to bombard support with helpdesk tickets, we take care of you on your first call. In most cases, your issue will be resolved within minutes, allowing you to get back to more important things.
Unescorted Access and Serious Security
For Colocation customers with a Full Cabinet or larger you have exclusive 24x7x365 unescorted access to our Colocation facilities. Whether it's 2pm or 2am, you're free to check on your equipment any time of the day. For customer with smaller collocation space you still have 24x7x365 access via one of our escorts. Rest assured, you won't find anyone other than authorized personnel in our facilities. We're serious about security. Around-the-clock monitored closed circuit televisions, on-site security, and dual factor pass cards are just some of things we do to protect your equipment.
