Stafford Associates holds certifications from most major computer manufacturers which allow us to perform in-warranty and out-of-warranty work on computers including Apple, Dell, Lenovo, IBM, Hewlet-Packard, and Xerox. Even if your computer or printer (or any other peripheral) is not under warranty, Stafford Associates highly trained staff of professionals will work quickly to get you back up and running.

Common repairs include virus and spyware removal, data migration to new systems, data recovery from damaged systems, system upgrades, system reloads, complete system installs at the customer’s location, and software installations. Stafford Associates can also travel to your location to repair computers, servers, and printers onsite for minimum downtime.

Stafford Associates will always provide you with a quote prior to repairing the computer so that you do not incur any unexpected charges. If a piece of equipment is not under warranty, a minimum diagnostics fee will be taken and that will allow us to diagnose the computer. If the repair is approved, that diagnostics fee will be applied to the final bill. If it is decided that the computer is not worth repairing, then you can either take the computer back or apply the diagnostics fee towards recycling the computer.

*Please note that manufacturer’s warranties only cover hardware and not software. In addition, manufacturer’s warranties do not cover accidental damage or abuse. It merely covers the cost of factory defects. If you have additional insurance from a 3rd party provider, please present that to Stafford Associates at the time of repair and we’ll work with that 3rd party to make sure your equipment is repaired at no cost to you.
